Achilles Tendonopathy - Wednesday, September 01, 2010
Last week saw the physio academy team travel to
Cambridge for an update on this troublesome condition.
The speaker was Mark Young head of physiotherapy
for the ECB.
Achilles tendonopathy is well known within sports
medicine as a difficult injury to treat but we were
pleased to hear that the latest research into this
injury provides further support for the effectiveness
of physiotherapy as the first line of treatment.
At the Physio Academy we are committed to
ensuring that our practice is modern and uses
the most effective up to date treatment techniques.
Courses such as this are how we ensure we continue
to offer patients "state of the art" treatment.
